Please Help Me With My Computer Problems!

Hi all, i want to know if anyone can help me with a lil problem i have.

i need to get broadband from one computer to the other. So far, this laptop has it. About 5 metres away is the phone line. I need to get broadband from the computer to my desktop one which is about 5 metres away too. (Makin the desktop computer 10 metres away from phoneline). The desktop has an internal dail-up modem if that is neccessary.

Now i know the simple way to deal with this (LAN it all up), but my mum (very fussy, lol) wants to have is ALL wireless.

Please help me guys i really want broadband. You guys know how annoying dail-up is. Thanks for your time.

 

You can always get a LAN with wireless router, so it's all wireless.

 

By a wired router.

 

get a wireless router. you can have your computer closest to the line wired and have your laptop wireless...

just get a usb wireless router. easy to set up and use
