    Yes I know. There's already been a topic on this but I'll explain it again.

    It's cause google puts links up in the list not only if they're popular but also if they're linked using that title (e.g. writing failure and linking it to GWB's site) so it was a massive plan to get lots of websites linking to his site with the word "failure". And it worked :D
