Thanks for all your help guys, i took it all into consideration.

I eventually got him an xbox 360, he wanted that one more as there wasn't many games out for the ps3 as of yet.

i got a package, the console, wireless headset, wireless network adapter, xbox live vision, quick charge kit, play and charge kit, an extra control, halo 3 and forza 2. I also got him 3 years guarantee, lol.

Lets hope he is happy with all that :)

You can get a 120GB HD already with the Elite package so i don't see why people are going on about that, also you won't use that much, you have enough with just the normal package.

Also, i wonder what will ------ up first on this new one?

Either way i know he will be happy with what ive bought him :P

meh 60GB and 120GB dont matter its about the digital output in this case since the old ones dont have HDMI however i know some people will say ' who the hell cares ' :D but like me i rather have my worth for the money & ALSO have something that is futureproof - even though most parts are old compared to PC :P and since they are acting like cheapskates they most likely wont be supplying HDMI cables lolz

Microsoft is so famous for screwing people....as many would know about

These guys make it a hobby to screw you after you've invested so much into something...then they come out with something better - I will say this once, it will be sad for those who just picked up a 360 over the holidays...you guys got so F'ed over !! haha [stares at kirsty] since they left like 16mil XBOX owners in the ditch

If and when they do bring this new one out i will take the one i just recently bought and demand the new one, if they don't give it to me then i will ------ them in the ass with a nice rusty rake, either that or ill accidently on purpose keep breaking the one i bought for Daryl, take it back and get a replacement and i will do that for the whole 3 years that i bought the guarantee for.

    No-one ------s kirbir over.

Also i wouldn't buy something that is 'brand new' because of the ----/faults that will most definitely come with it. Which is another reason why i didn't go for the ps3 ;)
