first time making planet stuff... if you look at the list of la i made a second attempt. I'm not exactly sure how long it took, but i think it was like 4 hours? btw thanks for the comment.
Need to spherize the planet, the cracks look like they're just flat on the surface and not following the curvature, remove the glare from the lens flare too. It's not bad, it's actually preety good for a first attempt. Not sure what the bit at the bottom is meant to be though.
the planet quality is was low compared to the background. read broken's tuts on making planets that sg made.
