Piping Firefox

    Hi all I looked through the forums and I could not find a thread that had to with Piping Firefox which is what I need right now. So if anybody could give me a link that would be great.

    Alright, In the adress bar type in about:config. After look for nttwork.http.pipelining set that to true, then look for nttwork.http.proxy.pipelining then set that to true too. After you have done that look for network.http.pipelining.maxrequests and set it to about 30.

    Look for "firefox tweaks" on google and you'll find a very detailled tutorial about this

    ^It tells firefox to open more connections to load the page faster. I makes firefox run much faster.
    However I heard that it didnt work as well since the last 3 updates.

    Firefox reccomends 8, havung it at like 30 can cause some problems.

    dont set it too high or it can ban you from cetain sites

    i learnt that the hard way :(

    Set mine to 8 and it works gr8. Anyone care to explain what pipelining is?
