In my opinion to have a good sunset picture, you need something that is really different and exciting. This photo doesn't really capture my attention. It is pretty bland and boring. The silhouette is pretty flat and doesn't help bring excitement to a relatively boring sky. It seems to be missing something. Try capturing something else in there. Try using the Rule of Thirds as well, as this can also help bring a interesting aspect into your photography.
I agree with you completely.....lol... I actually just posted it for the color...haha..... I know it's not necessarily a masterpiece, and with the lens I have it's kind of hard to capture a good sunset shot. My others are better. I think....take a look at them, if you like.
Yeah I was just going to come back to say that some of your others are much better than this one. The redish colors that this does have are nice, I agree.
