I just succesfully finished installing PHPNuke version 8.0 on my website but when i go to index.php it shows me nothing but a blank page, and it's the same thing with the adminstration page.

The only thing that seems to be working fine is the website title.

The requirements are allready all green (the ones that show up in install2.php)

I allready searched in google and most of the answers are to check config.php and enter the sql info, well my sql info is allready there.

So any ideas on how to solve this?

    Thanks

Make sure you add the user to the database.
Check to see if it's got any special upload instructions.
Try a legacy install of phpnuke on your server as a test.
Make sure your server supports PHP.

make sure the install file is in there. what I did was put the default config file in, and then went the the site. then chmod the new config.php to 777, and the front page should be an installer. there you will place all your database info

I doubt this is the problem but maybe you did put the database info in wrong?

Im not familiar with phpnuke 8 but in the previous versions If the page was blank after an install it would be because I miss typed something in the config.php

If the database info was wrong it would of told me that they were incorrect.
The install checks the info and only proccedes if they are correct.

So i guess am pretty much screwed.

still got the problem? It might be a theme problem? are you trying to run a custom theme or maybe you didnt upload the themes directory properly

It's not a custom theme, the only themes i have in html/themes are two.
I didin't upload all of the themes that came with the package because there was no reason to.
