    Selling cd keys is legal as long as they come from an original copy of the software (as is proven in this case from the photo). Selling a "keygen" cd key is defenetly not allowed however.

    I still dont know how its legal, I am sure that adobe would not condone this.

    i still dont understand what llamaman said... but i still think this is illegal, it clearly states on adobe products that the resale of any products will result in ....

    but whatever...

    It is because he paid for it and i guess he decided to auction it off on GR.

    Because he payed for it its not illegal. He got everything legally thats why its not illegal.

    As long as its the original CD and box, and not just a burnt copy of yours, its allowed.

    Ever been on ebay? You can find dozen of Photoshop, maya, max, etc stuff on there for sale. If it weren't allowed, I'm sure Adobe would be going after ebay for such things.

    This is true but are you sure he was offering the actual cd and boxes if not it is probely illegal since then a bunch of people could just use the same cd-key heh i have 3.0 and cs i dont really know why anyone would want 2.0 if they have a higher version tho unless they want to convert brushes and styles and etc
