The only way u mite be able to transfer it to ur school pc on ur ipod is maybe to put it in a rar file...but i dunno if ipods support that file type
So I guess it won't work :\ But you can always get a Flashdrive 'aka Thumbdrive" I have a 32mb one for 10 bucks I use for school, but that won't fit a PS install file lol.
nice idea... I done this with FireFox before Thats one way to get past the site-blockers lol just install it onto your hard-drive then copy all the files to your I-pod (or MP3 Player in my instance) then plug into a schools computer and use away
lol, some people are stupid. dude, there is some software you can get that lets you put data files onto your ipod as if it were a hard drive, but tbh, its too much fuss, ipods weren't made to be like portable HDDs so really unless your comp at school can recognise your ipod, and has the right software to get the data off of it, then its obviously not gonna work. I do this with my iriver tho, as windows recognises it as if it is another HDD, so i can put anything on to it - i have my docs backed up as well as macromedia studio on it.
I was able to use my old MP3 Player to do this... before my dad broke it ¬_¬ Gotta test it with my new one...
i tried puting copying my program file to it but it says im missing a .dll and aborts. i donno if i get all the .dll if it will work. and for the ppl who think i dont have the space, it 40gb and ive only used 1/2 gig so far. also i pod can hold any type of file. just can't use it.
i copied the photoshop program file onto the ipod, and went to my friends house and tried to run it, it started, but it said that the computer didn't have enough memory to register. i think it will wotk at school then. i donno tho.
lol ipods are the shizzz but using ps on it was a funny one man, but i got u, not sure how to transport the files lol
Hey I know how to do it, zip the whole thing and rename it to *name*.mp3 then transfer it to your iPod that's so simple
