Photoshop Skins

ive read some tutorials and in them it show a pic of what theve done. it show say the pen tool, but photoshop seemd to have say a black around it, how do i do this, or do u have to buy it?

There is no single skin for photoshop, you have to download like a theme/skin for windows.

 

just about to say that. Its a overall windows theme.

where do u get windows themes without buggering ur pc up?

skins suck they're never the quality of the current one can only be more appealing

 

yea , never heard of it... only way it could probably change is like installing a theme/visual style on windows
