Photoshop Problem

    okay so i went on my photoshop today and was opening up images but when i open my images it comes up:

    Could not Complete Your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file.


    does anyone know what it means ? or know how to fix it

    i can still open around 40 % of images but it gets really annoying trying to work with that

    Files might be corrupt but I recommend trashing your preferences files.

    Hold down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting Photoshop. A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to delete the preferences file. Click yes and try opening the imagesl

    wow thanks man it seemed to have fixed it self but it started doin that again and i tryed it thanks alot really helped
