i was working in photoshop, everythng was fine, then i added a layer mask to a layer. I went to use the brush tool and it doesnt work, i click on the layer and nothing shows up. I've even tried using it on a blank document and it wont work. The eraser tool isnt working either. I've restarted Photoshop, restarted my comp and re-installed photoshop, how can i fix this?

Ok, I serched Google and this seems to be the main problem. The drivers.
There is how someone fixed the same problem you are having.
Hope that helps. If not, I will try to find a few other things about this problem.
