I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask this in, but my photoshop is holding me back a lot. I have cs3, and for some reason it doesn't let me open renders of any kind. When I drag them into photoshop, the background of the render is black. And if I save the render, and try to open it in photoshop.. an error message comes up that says "Could not complete your request because the file format module cannot parse the file" It's irritating me quite a bit as you might guess. Any have any idea what this is and/or how to fix it? Anything is great. thanks all.
ANYONE. I have never gotten any feedback or advice on this.. from anyone, ever. Not even from yahoo answers, twice. someone help.
You're probably going to have to reinstall. Photoshop's file format modules sound like they're part of Photoshop's working core so you could either get lucky and find an answer on the official Adobe support site OR reinstall...which fixes everything. Forever.
