I used to remember how to do this but i cant remember now. When i am moving objects around in photoshop, when i get close to the edge, it will drag it to the edge. I was wondering how i turn that off.

You can disable Snapping to Document Bounds by:

    1. Going to the "View" menu.
    2. Choosing "Snap to >"
    3. And deselecting "Document Bounds".

You can disable snapping altogether by:

    1. Going to the "View" menu.
    2. Deselected "Snap".

    Have fun :).

Yes, zooming in (Scrolling) will allow you to move the object closer to the edge.
