Photoshop Help

My cousin is trying to install cs2 and it gives him this



He puts a username in and he put school and several other things in for organization.. then he clicked next and it said

"the user name and serial number fiels are required for setup to continue

please go back and ensure that these fields are filled in"

but he put them in..whats going on please help thanks in advance.

The serial might be wrong.

 

there is no serial when its a trial :s

 

I think for the trial you just make up a serial like 2394739847983247 or something, and then later on it asks you to buy one after the 30-day trial is up.

 

when you use the trial there is no option to put in a serial number. see the box is greyed out.

 

why dont you just do the 30-day trial?

the 30 day trial is chosen.. it wont let him continue though. idk why. and i have aim beatdown but im not the one who needs the help its my cousin.

He dosnt want full version guys just the trial.. so if someone can tell me so i can relay the message to him it would be truely greatful
