Photoshop Cs2 Smudge

    Smudge: How Do I Get To It Because On The Left There Is No Finger Hand Icon
    Apart From Move...

    Please Help

    Right click the blur tool. a bunch of choices come up to choose instead. pick smudge tool

    Right click (or hold down left click) on the Blur (or Sharpen) tool and youll get additional tools, one of which is the smudge tool. Any tool with that little black triangle in the bottom right has additional tool 'beneath' it. (like the paint bucket/gradient tool, or the pencil/brush tool.)

    right click .... smudge tool ... set brush opasity .. SMUDGE ON !
