Photoshop Cs

    Hey i recently got photoshop cs and when i tried a video tut to make a sig the person said to press ctrl and t to be able to resize the render. But when i pressed ctrl and t nothing works...does anyone know how i can get it to work please? ;(

    make sure you are on the move tool(i think) it the black arrow

    did you press them together? And if you did, did a box come up? If so, go to click on the sharp edges holding shift and move them around you can make the render big or small. Did it work?

    Yep i tried pressing them together and pressing ctrl first then t but still nothing. And i just tried other shortcuts but none of the shortcuts work lol..
