how to select the shadows in a text layer. to paste in channels to make transperant sprays i need the shadow to be selected but i forgot how to get the shadows.. help please!
Are you talking about a Drop Shadow, in Layer Blending Options? If so, you can copy it by right clicking on the icon on the text layer and hitting Copy Layer Style.
He probably does mean Drop Shadow. You double click on the layer and play around with the settings after ticking "Drop Shadow" on the left.
