I'm having problems with Paypal. Everytime I go to any online shop, add things to "my cart", then try to checkout using Paypal, I never get to the paypal page. In Firefox, it just keeps loading then just stops with a blank page and with IE7, it also loads for a long time but then I get the "page cannot be displayed" error.

I think it's most likely on my end and I've read the FAQs from Paypal where it says "it may be because your web browser's security level is set too low" but I've checked on both FF and IE7 and it's fine. I've even turned off my firewall but that didn't do anything.

I'm giving 1000 creds to whoever can help me. I really want this fixed.

Yeah I can go to paypal.com no prob. That's what's weird about it.
I guess I'll just have to go to a friends house every time I want to buy something. Haven't found a solution yet.

Umm, if you use a dynamic IP and it refreshes when ever you do it or such, I think it delete's all the cookies so thats why it doesn't work?
