Depends on which country you registered it in If its U.S Unverified you cant, i think any other country unverified can though It should say in your account info, under the tab Send Money...it would say: Limit: $...
u cant man ...u need to add in a bank account or creditcard to use the money ....this is my problem too
K well it says United States, so you cant send money with that account unless you verify it with either a bank account or a Credit card or both
thinking somebody sent those but hey i can let you add my credit card you send me the money and were both happy =)
