Ok, I want to get my PayPal account verified so I can buy stuff of on Ebay and I also want to get an account on Ebay but my mom won't let me use her credit card to get my stuff verified and register on Ebay. Anyone know if I can still buy stuff on Ebay with an unverrified PayPal account. I was looking to sell my credits(9k) to get money for PayPal to buy stuff.
