    alright i have a question about paypal

    i signed up for it

    i put in my bank info

    i typed in the 2 amounts of money that they deposited

    but now i got an email saying "BANK ACCOUNT INVALID"

    it was working at first but now it says BANK ACCOUNT INVALID.. do i HAVE TO enter in a credit card in order for everything to work?


    i will pay creds if someone will send me any amount of money thru paypal (i will send it back) so i can see if it is working or not

    yeah...we had the same problem...it was working fine then we had same messege....Now you need to have a credit card :angry:

    wait.. the paypal account wont work unless i enter a credit card?

    EDIT: i checked the site and it said that credit cards allow you to send money, how come you cant do that without a credit card? all this stuff is confusing me

    can someone that has been using paypal for a long time plz help me out

    Paypal have both email support and telephone support, so you should be able to use either one of those to get help regarding your problem.

    Iv been using paypal for a year or two now - they used to send a 4 digit code on ur bank statement - was much easyer then now :)

    It's a long story but i just got a letter from a collection company after 26 pounds or $45.......
    On behalf of ebay the thing is i paid them two months ago with paypal, money has gone out but they never got it.......

    So now i've just paid up a 2nd time.....

    I have paid for tons of stuff without a credit card number through Paypal. Probably a problem of your doing. Sorry I can't really help :S

    They didn't recieve payment?? If u have sent the money via paypal and they didn;t get it from paypal u can claim the money back, there should be a cancel link if they haven't accepted payment if not cancel payment and contact paypal as well as check your history, if it says status completed then they recieved payment or someone has recieved payment of the money. contact paypal, and file a claim, on the money u have just resent, paypal will then open a dispute and the seller will have to reply, paypal will then investigate the situation Hope this helps, currently having a dispute with an ebayer myself


    As for the bank account thing, i have always used my debit card but u should be able to transfer money from your bank, contact support though

    might be missreading...is it ebay the company asking for the money or a seller on ebay. if its ebay itself they are owned by the company that owns paypal so i would ask them to do an internal investigation. :P Daz

    no no no.. i havent actually bought anything or done any transactions of that matter.. i just got an email saying BANK ACCOUNT INVALID even though i got the deposits and entered them in correctly

    I hate paypal

    Last time I sent money the dude only got part of it, they take 5% from me, its annoying as hell, and they need to stop with the damn fees! It is worse than E-Bay where they take like 2.5% from like 10,000 items so your profit goes from like 0 to negatives...
