Well i live in canada and when i try to register and put my postal/zip code in it rejects it because it needs an american zip code. Also, the dropdown menu for state, doesn;t have any canadian provinces. Can anybody help plz? I need a paypal account pretty quick here.
I am 100% sure you can get paypal in Canada. I don't see where you are getting that option though.. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_registration-run Select Canada from the drop menu, seems to work fine for me.
