Well i wanted to know something about paypal if you have a unverified acount can you still sent money? I've read somewhere that it is possible but for an short amount, if this is true what amount is the maximum? or do you need a verified acount thx in advance - artic
to answer your question , yes , you can still send money by having a credit card attached to your account your sending limit with no credit card or bank account is zero , you cannot send money well , to make it easier , heres a picture of an account with no bank account or credit card i think this answers your question
