Paypal Question

    have a question about paypal
    when you make an account do you need to connect it to your bank account or not?
    see the problem is paypal users in slovenia can only receive money but cant send any.So if i would register a paypal account as lets say canada could i recieve and send money without connect it to any bank acc?

    you dont have to use your bank account with paypal I use my mastercard. I never received a payment from anyone before so not sure how that part works

    to send money.. all you have to do is confirm thro email that they gave you to activate you account.

    you only need a bank account if you want to send the money you recieve to the bank account. If you just want paypal to store and send money, then you don't need a bank account. You cannot withdraw money though without the bank account.

    i have a question in this topic that relates to paypal if i dont have a credit card or bank account add can i still send money thats already on the account?
