Paypal Help

    Okay, so I set up PayPal yesterday and I sold 3 items for $12 to someone.

    Before that, I tried to send 1 cent to myself (testing something...) and it says I need to have a credit card or bank account type thing set up before I can transfer money.

    That was before I had the $12. Can I send the money now that I have it? Or do I have to wait?

    Is your account verififed? if not then u cant send money, to verify u need a credit card/...

    WTF. You need a credit card for everything.

    My bank account crap I'm trying to do better work...

    u can accept money and get money but u cant send money to people

    Without a credit card you can only receive money but not give out.
