    1) Anyone know why when I received a payment of $15 from Red Alert I got a fee of 0.74?

    2) I just bought an item on eBay. I clicked "Pay Now" I did everything you normally do. Now it says "This item is pending payment through PayPal." Any idea what this is and what it means?

    Think of it like postage almost. They take a small percentage of what's sent, that's how they stay in business.
