Paypal Account With $38.59

    Well, I can't use my paypal account because its unverified and I don't have a credit card so I've decided to trade it or something.

    It has $38.59 in it and I'll trade it for credits, sigs, ect.

    you can verify it with a bank account, you don't only need a credit card

    You can still use it. I just think if you are going to send money you have to get the other person to request it. That way Paypal takes it as a payment which is not regulated. :D

    does that mean that the money get frozen in the paypal account since it's unverified?

    u can received and cant send $ ?

    You can only recieve money with an unverified paypal account. You can also get a check from paypal with an unverified acc but i don't have a bank account to deposite.

    I live in Canada, am I still able to use this paypal account to transfer money into my bank?

    If you have a bank account, yes.
