    I dont need my paypal account. There is US Dollars: $73.97 USD in the account. Im looking for buying credits. If you win you will get the whole account. Yeah i cant send money u just got to add a Bank Account and then you can do whatever you whant.

    hmm whats the 'sending limit' on this account? i also got 80+$ stuck on my old paypal account and im unable to take anything from it as my cards n sht are on my new 1 :|

    lol yes it does, what are they?
    is it maxed out, meaning who ever puchases has to register it, there bank account etc..

    an unverified account has a limit of $0.00
    untill and unless you add a bank account or a credit card
    inorder to verify it
    i have done this a million times now :)
    and once you verify it, then paypal gives you certain ammount of limits depending on how much you have :lol:

    yeh i know that dude, but what are the sending limits as now?
    are they maxed out or do you have enough to transfer those funds to another account?

    from what i think
    you cant even send money unless you verify it
    that is what happened to mine

    when i was buying my reseller for hosting i had about 1900$ in my paypal account
    but i wasnt even able to send any money over untill my dad added his credit card :)

    Ok so the limits are currently 0.00 untill a card has been added? why didnt you say that dude, im not getting at you.
    just so some younger guy, here, on these forums thinks he's gnna get a bit of money to spend and ends up getting stuck with it.

    Yeh, even with out a card added you get a set ammount, i have an unverified account and i have a sedning limit of 300 gpb and i used that this month and now i have money left on it i cant use untill its verified, i cant verify it now because my cards are on my buisness account.
