Payne Should Get Banned

    Ok,
    my friend Annis bought 50K of Guild Wars Money . Annis send 1000 CR to him but the guy didnt wanted to give the 50K of Guild Wars Money.

    Annis would contact the admins but since he doesnt have proof they wont do anything......

    This is the dude his account:
    payne

    ( he has got another account )

    I think Annis should get bak his 1000 CR and the dude should get banned. This is not fair!

    ( Annis also send about 50 PMS to the dude but he doesnt respond!! )

    Hmm... its sort of hard to convince the admins/mods if there is no proof to nail him to it, plus, with only 5 posts since the time he joined GR, he is very suspicious for stuffs like these.

    To be honest; this sux for Annis, but if there isn't any prove; the staff can't do anything, even when this looks suspicious.

    There doesn't seem to be any record of transactions between the above user and Annis.

    Either way, in order to gain scam protection you must do the trade via the forum. This is clearly marked in the marketplace rules, and there is a bold red notice on every "Send Credits" form telling you about this.

    Lol ive been out all day, i didnt ask pinyo to write this, he just did it, i was telling him about it :\ and yes it was done by the form, llama, check again pelase because i should have 2 transactions(1 with payne and one with log) ask log if you need evidence....

    here's what you should do:

    send him a disembowelled, buttfu<Ked cat in the post. then he'll get the message. :)
