Paying Job. $$$ - Good Photoshop Skills Needed!

Here's the deal.

I tried hiring here before, but I didn't really get the quality of people I wanted - or people that would make stuff that looked the way I needed it.

I basically need backgrounds to make MySpace layouts like the ones found here :
http://www.FreeWebLayouts.net
(Surf around, Look at their layouts)

Another option would be
People who can make MySpace layouts such as the ones on http://www.Whateverlife.com , and other popular websites - Mainly http://www.freeweblayouts.net though. You guys are familiar with MySpace - you should have an idea.

As you can see - They are not the best at GFX, but it is getting a nice sum in their pocket so I am making my own website like that.

I will be paying a range from 5$ / two backgrounds to even 10$ / one background depending on the quality.

If you have decent stuff, and want to learn how to code MySpace Layouts we can even do 5$ / Layout - 10$ / layout.

Here are some examples of the ones I've done (They take me 5 mins - 20 mins each, but its getting tiring for me.)

and remember to look at the ones on http://www.freeweblayouts.net
