What all do i need to set it up. Basically all i really need to do is to have it so i can get money from people. I don't need to buy anything atm (i have no credit card) Any help would be great.

Seems like now, they require you to add a credit card or bank account in order to send money. If you just want to collect money into it, just sign up. Looks like they reset accounts though
Even when I had a paypal account, they said I had to have a credit card even to recieve money... :unsure:
Everything is in the help link by order. You need a bank account and basically you request the money to be transfer to your bank account. You also must be at least 18 years of age. And pick personal.
Nvm i can't get it, i dont' have a credit card. lol. Is there anywhere where i could get one without having a credit card?
You could register for a checking account which comes with a debit card. It should be free if you are a student in the states. And I dont think there is any other way to extract the money from a paypal balance without a bank account.

How about i just give you a paypal account i bought earlier and already emptied? I'll show you how to change the email & password, and its yours to keep. Their would be no way for me to reclaim once you changed all the information. BFTP
