Yes, they are.. You can only receive a check after like lets say completing 30 dollars worth of surveys.. And not all surveys are worth it. So if you're the type that can just sit long hours doing surveys then it may be made for you
Or you can be like me and get a job where your allowed to sleep / watch movies / listen to music, etc. for your shift provided you do the necessary duties and make good money for doing nothing =D.
I work around 35 hours a week and make $240+ and am doing college 2 full days a week. $400 car payment every month (Eclipse 07) $70 phone $160 for gas a month So I know the value of a dollar. Extra money never hurt anyone.
Then all the more reason not to be spending "long hours doing surveys" when you should be studying. You can find cheaper alturnative than driving your car. You can always pinch your pennies better. My brother is in the same situation, works less and still has money for fun and the necessities. You're doing something wrong.
I have money for fun. I go out all the time and hang out with friends, I was off today and went to lunch and glow in the dark mini golfing with a couple friends. Go to a rays game every week. I'm not doing anything wrong. I don't live in a metropolitan area so no I don't have other alternatives than a car. We have buses but not on a large scale. My grades are fine and I do study. I hate when people judge others when they don't know them. My college and books are completely payed off and I actually make money every semester by going to school because in Florida they let you pocket excess scholarship money. The only reason I was asking about surveys is for extra money. Just joined Golds Gym and it cost me $321 for a year. I also want to purchase Rays playoff tickets so I was hoping to make some more money without having to tighten my budget.
