Such as mineral oil, Atomic (Australia Game mag) built a full emersion case though they didnt submerse the HD and Optical drives due to unknow effects it would have on the mechanics of the drives. They managed to get a 25% increase in power from there test CPU and P4 Extreme Edition I think, but this was done with dry ice as extra cooling ^_^
