overclock is like pushing the equipment past its stock speed.
makes the things run faster, but can also damage them and they get hotter, and less lifetime in them..

idk how good celerons will OC, i tried OCin my old one 10% but it locked up when i did stuff on the pc. However i didnt OC correctly so gl..

Yeah, i am not sure about prosessors, but for a graphics card you can use this

just make sure your computer doesn't overheat. My experience with an x800 was realy good, i got an extra 40% out of it, not sure about the x700

celerons are OC monsters because they run at low FSB for a given clock and have less l2 cache(l2 cache being oen of the most comon limiting factors when OCing)
that said, do you have quality cooling, a good power supply, and decent ram?

as for your GFX card, atitool.

and FYI if you don't knwo what OCing is, yo probably shouldn't eb doing ti without atleast a little research.

I would do it on my PC and as it is a family one i would rather not and i don't want to damage it.
