Well guess as your counselor..i guess i will be needing the counseling..lol

Yesterday during our football game i cut to avoid getting hit and my knee popped. I tried getting back up but i feel almost immedialty...

Went to the doctor today and found out i have destroyed my ACL and i'll have to go threw physical therapy and after that have surgery on me knee.

But on a good note i will be on GR alot more ..more than i am already on...lol

And remember if you need anything ASK THE CRIPPLED DUDE!

The one part that sucks the most is ...i can't get under the friday night lights again...it was over in a 10 second play...it just sucks bad...but i can look at the positive side..no more long hard practices...and i can be a better counselor by helping more people out

I pretty much did that in a basketball game a few seasons ago. I was a freshman and it was like the 5th game of the year. I was bringing the ball up court and I crossed over and made my defender stumble, but as I went by he stuck his leg out and my knee drove into his thigh. Bam, partially torn ACL and I can't play on the team anymore becase I've lost a few steps running.

Thankfully I didn't need any surgery, but I'll need one soon to clean out scar tissue. Good luck on the rehab man, that's a bitch.
