i dont like the size you used thats just me i like everything besides the white dots they seem out of place

 

Not bad, I think the lighting should be brighter.

 

diesel maybe those dots should be on a layer filled with black and set to linear dodge does the trick

you only need the png to it
so just use thee one i showed and if i set it to linear dodge the lighting would be too bright
