Basically, i dont wanna "bulk up" i dont want abs or any of that crazy ----. I admit there hot..But i mean it so wouldn't suit me. Anyway, all i wanna know is best ways to lose weight, whilst toning up ur chest, arms and lower body, so its just tight and sort of muscular wifout being really defined or ripped. So basically, excersies, maby diets or whatever, shizzle like that. Or perhaps a website where i can get info. Not to terribly good at researching stuff like this..Tryed google but just found crap. So thanx in advance to anyone who posts some ideas. And none of that cwazy stuff from the last thread lol. go work out, less weight + longer workouts = burn calories more weight + short workouts = gain muscle try running too, get into a sport
best way to loose weight is to eat lots of fruit and veg even potatoes they are good for you drink lots of water and the key is to cut out fat anything that has fat in it have a lil each day yea but i bet u if u cut out fat u will loose weight jus eat tons of fruit and veg pasta potatoes and rice and lean meat cut out the crap

Do 100 suicides a day.. Hell we used to do 100 suicides per football pratice.. A suicide the way we did it was run from the closest wall to farthest wall away (like a length of a basketball court + 10-30 ft extra) and then run back. THAT COUNTED AS ONE suicide.. We did that for football. We did it in the gym because ours is absolutely huge + it seemed to be nicer in the gym for some reason. Also im just kidding. Dont start at 100 if you do suicides because you could hurt yourself. And we had to do those beasts in a pace close to a sprint xD

Really gives you a edge at times late in a game since you have more endurance and then you can keep going at full speed while your opponents are like slowing down and gasping for air pretty much
We have a thing called the beep test where you do what you guys call suicides. But you start of slow and the tempo gets faster. YOu follow a tape. and its got levels and its gets faster and if you dont touch the wall by the time it beeps you have to sit out.
runnin and swimming guaranteed you will lose weight very fast... eating right helps alot too though i eat ----ty food all the time but im still "ripped" but yeh short works outs also need to be added....
