Opinions Needed!

I was just promoted to the Web disigner for my schools JROTC Department,
So this is the layout. The school colors are red white and blue so thats why it reminds me of spiderman :lol: I wanna know what you think before i show them. I know it may look kinda odd because the colors but thats what they wanted.

Very clean and a professional look indeed. It doesnt look messy or crowded, I think you should present it to them. I like th colors and to me it just reminds me more of The US Flag. not too much Spidey.. but great job... and good luck

its very basic and plain..if thats what your aiming for then you hit the spot! It doesnt look bad. It looks good. Simple and gets to the point. Just lower the scanlines opacity a bit and work on the text. The simple pixel style nav bars could use some work though.

 

I like it, very clean and simple and i like the colours. Maybe add something in the bottom right hand side... side a few pictures or teachers or pupils or important events
