Opening A Css Server

hey

Can someone tell me how i would go about opening my own CSS server and uploading maps or my own custom maps? Only a fe players not a public server.

And where would be the best place to get this.

where u running it? windows linux? ur home pc..

i used to run a css server let me see if i can find the links on a how to guide i had..

edit: can't find it i forgot how to install it

found a linux one but not a windows :/
