    well i got told i cant package free tuts and sell them even though i'm selling the service of me collecting and zipping them, so this must be illegal if he doesn't own full rights

    Plugins are software programs just like photoshop's render, blur artistic, distort...etc...in the Filter menu...that makes special effects.....

    putt them in your plugin folder and restart photoshop, and Bang, its in your filter menu :D

    Photoshop plugins, aint again the rules, but if you sell ppls stuff, its against the rules.
