i wanted to add a bank account to my paypal account , and it says:- well i dont live in the us , does it only accept us bank accounts?? also i have a other question... i live in israel , should i write the bank's name in english or hebrew? and what about the billing info? should it be in english or hebrew or arabic? or doesnt it matter?
