Ok, can anyuone tell me how to fix this s***! Its so annoying. I was gonna make some wires and stuff in photoshop, so i got out my rectangulare marque tool, made a new layer and drew a rectangle. My foreground color is set to black, so i right clicked in my selection and clicked fill, then i selected foreground as the color. Well, this is the frustrating part. The selection stayed only with the dotted links going around where i selected. I retried several times and reset all of my tools. But still, it wont fill my selection with the color of my liking, nor will it fill with any color. As you can well imagine, this is very frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this? please help me, please  :(
