    Well yea, I woke up today ready to watch a movie on my comp.
    So yea, I go and try to run Video Lan w/e its called and it gives me some error. I'm just like, wtf? So I reinstall and same ----. Just gives me that error report and I can send, not send, and debug.. I tried pressing debug but it didnt do ----.

    Anyone knows whats up? 10 creds to whoever helps my ass out.

    I'd say either its not installed and configured correctly, or that its not suitable to run on your system for some reason.
    Was it that you couldnt open the program or you couldnt play a movie, because the file format may not be supported, which would give you the error.
    Really i dont think youve told us enough

    Why dont you download DivX ?? whats the file format that will help for alternatives ;)

    Okay, I've had Vlan or w/e for about 2 months and its worked perfectly, then I just restarted comp and tried it and it gives me that gay msg. I have divx, but it doesnt play bins :[ Someone help, I'll +rep for your time ofc.

    What he ^ said. Also, try playing thru Media player.

    Maybe its the dvd?

    Thats came up for me before with like Shoutcast and winamp, but after i clicked "Don't send error report" or whatever, I just reopened winamp and it worked

    Yea, I've done that like a billion times, reinstalled a billion times, and it still doesnt work :[

    Wtf would my video drivers have to do with it?
    And I'm pretty sures my drivers are up to date man :x

    people are giving you suggestions and trying to help and you're just blowing them off. They're trying to help, dont say oh well ur wrong. Just try it. Im sure these guys that are suggesting you to do stuff actually know what theyre talking about

    go into your registry and search for the folder of vl or whatever and delete it. After that reinstall the program and see if it works

    to get to ur regedit:

    run-> regedit
