    Fonts
Download the font, unzip it, copy the font file, paste it in "Start > Control Panel > Fonts".

    Brushes
Download the brush pack (if it is in a zip, unzip it) and then move/save it to your program files of "Adobe > Photoshop > Presets > Brushes"

Then make a new document in Photoshop, and then select the brush tool. Right click, you should see a small blue arrow in the corner of the box that just came up. Click it. Then "Load Brushes". And it should be there. Scroll all the way down on your brush list to find them.
