personalized home pages, or something to the effect thereof. its a weblanguage used to encorperate the layout of webpags allowing for easy change to every single webpage if the template needs changing. Personally I think that Iframes work a tad better in terms of efficiency if properly implemented and the fact that its far easier to learn to use HTML frames.
