    o ok imma try again because the 2nd step says to move the blur till it fills up...lets see if i get it right this time..

    :censored: man now its the 2nd step thats i can't understand on moving the blurry thing i keep moving it but it doesn't fill it up

    Duplicate the motion blur layer...
    i maded one out of my tut well i added some other things in
