well there are some things taht i noticed were weird.

    u have 2 IEXPLORE.EXE
    several svchost.exe
now im not sure, but i think u should only have like 1 of each

and that other program spysub.exe (which happens to take up the most power of all ur processes)

svhosts are just services windows runs...
To learn how to remove some to free up memory go here:
    http://majorgeeks.com/page.php?id=12

Lets see...Spy sub is a program called Spy Subtract made by Intermute. It seems ok. But you should remove it anyway and instead install Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot Search & Destroy.

Once done with that, try installing this to stop future spyware problems:
    SpywareBlaster.
That is a process that will block content harmful to your computer, and it doesnt even have to be run to be used.

Now what anti-virus software do you have?
    Try downloading Avast Anti-spyware.
If that program doesn't work, try downloading A-squared Free.
That program has helped me out in the past.

How about this, post a hijack this log after you've done all I have said if it didn't help.
    Hijack This 1.99.1

    Update All Programs!
    This includes Windows update.

Good luck dude. I'll help as much as I can.
