no, its obvious to me, you and everyone else your a better designer then myself. But say, if I did accept, would we be allowed to RIP different parts of other peoples templates, and make like a super duper template?

 

I took a single piece that is extremely common with web design, but if you would like the handicap of using 1 piece of any other template, and only one piece, as thats all i used after seeing your template, feel free. as said, all discussion will remain in the challenge thread in the battle area from now on, or via PM.

 

The mods should most definetly get involved with this. I will see if I can contact them if you wish.

 

already PMed Logicaly about it , if they would care to see the date modified SSes or even the .psd I have to assure that everything I did in it was created by me and not copied/pasted and transformed.

 

It doesnt seem like a rip to me. I can see obvious differences in the design. And styles are emulated/copied all the time, just take a look at signatures and templates all over the net.

However there will be NO more further discussion on this in this thread. I will not hear of anymore rip accusations either, if you wish to discuss this further, take it up in pm with me, or the parties involved.

Excuse me for my ignorance, but can you please shows us at least 5 other instances of this "Extremely Common" piece in webdesign. Also, *Damn Ignorance Again* maybe its just me but does the post in the quote sound like a confession for over-inspiration of waves design? Sorry if I seem out of line, but as well as I can remember "Ripping" is a big no-no.

This contest is better suited for a more web design oriented forum, where members tend to be more experienced. I'm afraid the prize money is just going to go to waste here. The only entry I liked is still in progress and already causing conflict.
