I still think £420 is a bargain for what you get a standalone blueray player is £800 at least not sure bout the US though, they have heavy support for the xbox...
Better quality of picture. More storage space(25 gb and 50 gb on double layer Blu-Ray). There is probably some other shizzle,but i can't remember right now...
bargain? All the compaines eg play.com are being complete rip offs, where you can only by the console in a bundle with crap games like warhawk, formula one and singstar
Actually...Warhawk is quite interesting + Resistance is also looking good. If you compare PS3 launch titles with Xbox 360,you will see that PS3 obliterates Xbox 360 launch(even King Kong can't save 'em).
I still think that $599 for a 50gb is a tad bit expensive. =/ The prices for consoles just shot up like crazy. I remember when the ps2 came out it was $299. D: Good ol' days. T>T
System looks nice, but I'm not sold on the controller. Oh, and they're a bit late on the release. Lol.
*cough* changing it to old dualshock concept *cough* And like what's up with all the prices. Ps2 coming out for $299 ? blah I paid full €500 (wich is more then $500) when it came out. Also I'm still paying €60 for the games while you guys seem to think $60 for a brand new Ps3 game would be expensive :/
